Description:
In Contacts Settings, if the user selects 'Delete Contacts,' the user is returned to the list of all contacts, where the Header briefly appears off-center to the right before the Select and Delete UI is shown.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20141110040206
2) Open the Contacts app
3) Add several contacts to the device (either by importing, or by adding manually)
4) Tap the Gear icons to open the Contacts Settings
5) Select Delete Contacts and observe the Header.

Actual:
The Contacts header appears off-center before the selection/deletion UI loads in.
  
Expected: 
The Contacts header is centered properly.

It looks as though you have hidden the two buttons to the right of the header, this means the text is no longer be centered correctly. Options:

A. Don't hide buttons
B. Force the header to re-run font-fit logic by refreshing the textContent (eg. `h1.textContent = h1.textContent`).
