When set a facebook contact with a phone number as ICE contact, the message says "This contact does not have a phone number
 
Prerequisites:
Imported Facebook contacts with a phone number
  
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20141110001201
2) Open "Contacts" app from the home screen
3) Go to "Settings"
4) Select "Set ICE Contacts"
5) Toggle on "ICE Contact 1
6) Select a contact from Facebook with a phone number
 
Actual:
The message says "This contact doesn't have a phone number"
  
Expected: 
The message says "Facebook contact" cannot be set as "ICE" contact

From what I can see, this will not be fixed due in 2.1 due to missing strings - see Bug 1071500#c44

Right,

cause of string freeze we needed to come with some 'creative' solutions, to reuse the strings that we already got in 2.1

In 2.2 is already fixed, and this was the best that we could do for 2.1 :(

Will close this bug as wontfix.
