Import Gmail with no contacts, the 'select all' and 'deselect all' will be enable

Setup Steps:
1) Flame device is set to 319mb

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20141110001201
2) Go to Contacts > settings
3) Import Contacts > Gmail
4) Sign in to gmail

Actual:
'select all' and 'deselect all' is enable

Expected:
'select all' and 'deselect all' disable
