Under the 0.9.5+ (2001110903) if U start the mozilla -mail and than the browser
the bookmarks side bar will be empty. To show it have to change to any other
side tab and back to bookmarks.
In 0.9.5 release all was o.k. with this (I tested it on installed 0.9.5 and
talkback enabled unarchived zip of the relase 20011011)

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. In Browser open the bookmark side tab and close the mozilla
2. Start mozilla - mail
3. open browser by browser icon on the bottom left corner
4. the bookmark sidbar will be empty
5. change to any other e.g. search and back to bookmarks

Marking p3 and mozilla0.9.8, this is a side effect of delay loading bookmarks.
Bookmarks aren't loaded until the first browser window is created. The sidebar
probably needs to be smacked to know that the bookmarks have been loaded

Sidebar is still empty when starting a browser window from Mail with previously
activated sidebar. This is UNSOLVED and should be re-opened. Moreover, the menu
item "sidebar F9" has no effect any more, it does not collapse/open the sidebar ...
