User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:32.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/32.0 Build ID: 20140924083558 Steps to reproduce: Created a sync account, but I never receive the email for checking/validating the mail address. I reasked, saw the message "mail resent", ,but still won't receive. I deleted the account and recreated it, still same issue. I checked filters/antispam etc... Maybe there is a delay in sendind? the address is @laposte.net . I think I had old still account with this address.
After that I tried with another @mail, same problem. So I deleted the account again and recreated the one with the first mail. All this was yesterday, and more than 12h later, still waiting the mail.

We won't do a new 33 release for this bug. Moreover, it seems more a server issue than a firefox issue.

Hi, I have this same problem too. I received emails about sync confirmation on the past but not receive anymore. At present moment the browser say the message already send, but I never received the message. I added mozilla and related terms at gmail whitelist filter. My email: wtds.trabalho @ gmail.com I think other people currently has the same problem.
I also never received my email.
I run a server at home on a dynamic IP (that is basically static for months at a time) on a custom domain: metaforge.tk
I can confirm I was able to send myself an email from an external provider during this period.
I last successfully received an email for adding a new device on Friday, Oct 4, 2019.
Have you changed your email sending program or configuration? A lot of places don't send email to .tk domains as they don't think they're valid - but in reality there's no way to know for sure if an email address is valid without actually attempting to send an email to it.

Hi Alex, I recommend filing a fresh bug via https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=Cloud%20Services&component=Server:%20Firefox%20Accounts to investigate any delivery issues on your account, it can be easy for individual issues to get lost when they're all threaded together in a single bug.

Hello, i have the same problem. me email is @drfix.gr. Before, i was receiving properly emails to login, but last month i never receive it and cannot connect to new installation, so i can't work properly.

Since this bug is six years old, I'm going to close it. If anyone is having trouble getting delivery of emails from accounts@firefox.com please file a separate bug with your full email address (you can make the bug confidential) and I can check the logs to see if mail is bouncing or not. Thanks.
