Right now, when a bug is made nonpublic, any associated (via URL attachment) MozReview review request is silently deleted. The attachment is left alone. The review extension should comment in the bug, noting that the review request was deleted (with the original URL), and the attachment should be marked obsolete.

This is neither part of MozReview nor Review, it is in the Push extension. It's a Push Connector that does this, and so that would be where we fix it. no?
