User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:33.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/33.0
Build ID: 20141106120505

Steps to reproduce:

This issue occurs on multiple websites. Content such as an arrow or box (icons) display as code. I have found what the missing graphic is by comparing with IE. So far it only happens with FF and not IE.

Actual results:

Missing graphic.

Expected results:

The icon should have been displayed.
This issue is not limited to one site.
I can not reproduce the issue with Firefox33 and Firefox35 on Windows7

Rich:
Please test if you still get the issue in the Firefox safemode
- http://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode

In case that you still get the issue in the safemode you should try a new, additional profile

Safe mode didn't affect anything but in the process I saw reset which did fix the issue. Thank you!
