Description:
The limited scrolling on the "Log in to EverythingMe" screen has rendered the "sign up" button to appear half-hidden
   
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20141111001201
2) Launch "Settings"
3) Tap on "Device information"
4) Tap on "Your Privacy"
5) Tap on "EverythingMe"
6) Tap on "CONTACT"
7) Tap on "Visit our Help Center" link
8) Tap on "Sign in"
9) Scroll down all the way
10) Observe how the "sign up" button is half-hidden
  
Actual:
Limited scrolling
  
Expected: 
User is able to scroll all the way

This issue is NOT reproducible on Flame 2.2 Master (319mb)(Kitkat Base)(Shallow Flash) and Flame 2.0 (319mb)(Kitkat Base)(Shallow Flash)

Result: 
User is able to scroll all the way down
