Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the Dialer App
2. Dial some number
	 
Actual Results:

After type a number there is one beep and the Music App icon notification at status bar show up for a few seconds.

If you need a video just ask.
	 
Expected Results:

After type a number just get the beep (this is the behavior at previous versions).

Thank you for this video. Now I can reproduce the issue. It will be fixed by bug 1092362.
