Description:
When user starts a call and then presses the home button, a strange transition will occur.
   
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20141111001201
2) Start a call in loop app
3) Press the home button during the call
4) Observe Transition
  
Actual:
Strange transition occurs
  
Expected: 
Transition occurs smoothly

This transition can be very severe at times and cause multiple flickering and performance issues. NOminating to block 2.0
