[FireFox2.0][Multimedia] 3gpp audio(AMR) file is not playable in the device. The file is made by MediaRecorder API

Steps to reproduce:
* Voice recording 30 seconds with MediaRecorder API, Set mimeType as audio/3gpp.
1. Play the file with firefox music player.
2-1. Extract the file from device to PC
2-2. Play the audio file with a certain PC mediaPlayer(GOM Player).
Actual results:
1. In the device, the audio file was not properly played with a lot of duration change logs.
11-12 14:05:21.587 21094 21094 D MediaDecoder: Duration changed to 48000
11-12 14:05:21.657 21094 21094 D MediaDecoder: Duration changed to 88000
11-12 14:05:21.697 21094 21094 D MediaDecoder: Duration changed to 128000
...
11-12 14:05:22.807 21094 21094 D MediaDecoder: Duration changed to 1260000
2. In the PC, It was played but the last 1 second was missed.
Example> Recording 30sec but played about 29sec
Expected results:
It should be played well both device and PC side.
The audio file actually recorded for 30secs but its duration showed as 28~29secs when playing in the PC mediaplayer.

We are able to record, but not able to play. I sounds strange and I guess it is a bug.
