Details
Telemetry data suggests that Evernote Web Clipper slows down startup, see http://mozilla.github.io/iacomus/resources/public/index.html#?config=https://s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/telemetry-public-analysis/addon_analysis/data/startup.json. The startup time of FF is slightly slower with Evernote Web Clipper installed on a clean profile but not drammatically so as suggested by the Telemetry data. That being said, things might be different with a non clean profile. Old bug and it's unlikely to match current behavior. Closing this.
