Screen sharing from HDMI cable works fine in this room but the VGA cable is bringing up a green/teal tint on display monitor.

I just talked to Joe G. he is going to drop by this room today as he is in MTV.  Sounds like a pin/termination/cable issue on VGA.

Joe pulled the bad VGA cables while on site.  There is a temp cable in place.

We have the replacement retractor and would like to get this installed Friday 19th in the afternoon, who do I work with to confirm room availability?
