I got a 'Sorry page not found' error twice, when trying to complete task 2891 on production. Error was from two different users, at least one was using Chrome. Unable to repro on other tasks.

1) Get started on task 2891
2) After 2 minutes, click "Complete task" button

expected: Task feedback page
actual: page not found
is it possible that the task got expired or deleted in between.I could not find the task 2891 url
Ah yes, it was the number of the attempt: https://oneanddone.mozilla.org/admin/tasks/taskattempt/2891/
So the test was "Website Accessibility Testing", and no the task is not expired or deleted - it would show a message if that was the case.

Closing as I haven't seen this error since last year. I will re-open if it reoccurs.
