When user starts Desert Rescue, the app will appear small for a split second and then resize
   
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20141112001201
2) Go to Marketplace and download Desert Rescue
3) Open Desert Rescue
4) Observe resize of app
  
Actual:
The app will appear small and then resize
  
Expected: 
The app appears properly
