Bug 825004 will provide temporary aliases for -moz-text-decoration-*, as patch Part 2,
and it should be backed out in a few releases.
Maybe time to remove these?

Fortunately, there is no new usage of -moz-text-decoration-*, and can be backed out straightforwardly :)

Almost green on try run, and there seems no regression:
