Parking Panda (in Around Me Smart collection) opens a 403 Forbidden site ("Access is denied").
   
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20141111001201
2) Create Around Me smart collection
3) Open Around Me smart collection
4) Tap on Parking Panda
5) Observe
  
Actual:
Tapping on Parking Panda app/icon (in Around Me collection) opens a Forbidden 403 site.
  
Expected: 
Parking Panda app opens correct mobile site.

Issue occurs on 2.0, 2.2, 1.4. (1.4 - under "Local" collection)

Tapping on Parking Panda app/icon (in Around Me collection) opens a Forbidden 403 site.

After talking offline with Ran, it seems that this is an E.me bug, moving product and component to reflect this.

Mass update: Resolve/Wontfix all existing collections bugs as this feature is now removed.

Please re-open or file a new bug if you feel that this bug still exists in master.
