Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20141111001201
2) Create Entertainment smart collection
3) Open Entertainment smart collection
4) Tap on Intouch Weekly app
5) Observe site
  
Actual:
Tapping on Intouch Weekly app/icon (in Entertainment smart collection) will open to a blank white site.
  
Expected: 
Tapping Intouch Weekly app opens correct mobile site.
