if you force an absolute table margin or padding to align list markers to an
object, they can diseapear if the padding/margin is too small for the marker.
The marker will show if it's sitting on the border of the object, however, as
soon as it's moved over the border, it dissepears.

as an aside, when we were testing this, we noticed an issue with the scroll bar
being enclosed by borders, assigned via css to the HTMLDocument . This can be
seen here : http://politicalia.com/~afternet/members.html . Not sure if this is
a bug, etc.

no testcase, marking worksforme (was probably fixed by bernd's implementation of
table overflow anyway).
