1098016 - Please Push The Open Standard Theme To Stage For Testing Then To Production

Please push just the open standard theme to stage for testing then to production once we give the all-clear, no plugins were changed as part of this update.

This is pretty minor, text to the footer and a small change to the logo but I would still like to verify on stage prior to pushing to production.
