A couple of Add-ons in 2015 can help connect the user experience in the browser with Webmaker. The scope of these need to be outlined to help with product planning.

No idea how search revenue works. Our add-on could allow people to tap an image and search for something visually similar via google. In theory, could this generate some pennies to support add-on development?

Matthew, I think this is great. Helpful to see all the ideas laid out simply.

Seems like this is written from a production POV, where you anticipate starting out simply, building toward more complex functionality - is that off-base? 

As per David's point about user value, I think it might be more helpful here to lay out options NOT from simple to complex, but from highest user value to lowest. It's likely that we would not do all these things in parallel, but would need to focus on one or two that would provide the most heat and momentum.
