When you play a video when music is playing, the music controller disappeared from notification bar.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
1. Launch Music app and play a music.
2. Tap search bar on left top.
3. Input "www.youtube.com" and go to this page.
4. Select a video to play.
5. Long press home key and close Browser.
6. Back to home.
7. Launch Music app again.
**Music start playing directly, and music controller appear at notification bar.

[3.Expected Result]: 
4. Video start to play, music stop play and music controller should display at notification bar.

[4.Actual Result]: 
4. Music has stoped, but music controller disappeared from notification bar.

Assuming the Music app hasn't been killed, the widget should remain in the notification tray. Expected result confirmed.

This bug seems to contradict bug 973156, which is where this behavior was introduced (I think). Which one is the correct one?
