[1.Description]:
[Flame][v2.1&v2.2][Settings]The Phone's USB Disk Drive can't be detected by the Linux Desktop while enable "MTP".

[2.Testing Steps]: 
Set up: Settings ->Display ->Screen timeout: enable Never
1. Plug the phone into the Linux Desktop.
2. Toggle the USB Storage option to enabled 
3. Tap USB storage, and select MTP protocol in Transfer Protocol page 
4. Tap the power button to Lock the phone and then tap it again to wake the phone up.
5. Unlock device.

[3.Expected Result]: 
The Phone's USB Disk Drive should be detected by the Linux Desktop.

[4.Actual Result]: 
3.  The Phone's USB Disk Drive can't be detected by the Linux Desktop.
5.  The Phone's USB Disk Drive can be detected by the Linux Desktop.
