In the previous forum UI the "last reply" in user-meta on the index page was a link to the actual reply. This is not available with the new filtering options and users need to open the thread and click the last reply link at the top.

We need the "last reply" timestamp on the index page to be linked to the actual reply so that contributors don't waste time searching for it.
