As far as I can tell these jobs are never being run at the moment, presumably due to lack of hardware with the right configuration. Therefore it seems unhelpful to schedule them.

it looks like we are actually going straight to 10.10: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=932431#c48

coop should be removing all the mavericks parts from our buildbot-configs but this patch is harmless to land if you want to remove the cedar builders
