Steps to reproduce:
1. Sign in to MP-dev Curation Tools (https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/curate )
2. Click “Edit” link from the page header.
3. Choose a Collection with at least 2 apps.
4. Go to “Selected App” section and hover on the reorder app arrow.
Expected results:
The cursor indicates a pointer and user can easily move an app by clicking the reorder arrows.
Actual results:
The cursor indicates that the app may be moved. That representation of the cursor prevents the user to see and easy click on the reorder arrows. Issue is also reproducing when trying to move an app in Operator Shelf or Editorial Brand edit page. The cursor is displayed correctly in Publish page.
Notes/Issues:
Verified on FF36 (Win 7). Issue is also reproducing in MP-stage.
