This will be the epic bug that tracks the work to enable users to explicitly send an open tab to another instance of Firefox that is attached to the same Firefox Account in real time. 

This work relies on Cloud Services to enable the underlying service, Desktop to support incoming and outgoing UX, Fennec to support incoming and outgoing UX, and any other Firefox experience that can be plugged into this feature (ie FxOS when prioritized). 

Although this is filed under the Firefox for Android 'Product' category, this is a feature that cuts across several Firefox products.

I'm going to take the liberty of closing this, we have a "send-tab" feature that sounds similar to what's described here now.
