Steps to reproduce:
1. Load statistics page for an app with public statistics or login with an account with permissions to view statistics (https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/statistics/app/pacman-canvas )
2. Click “Installs” section.
3. Choose an region from “All regions” drop down list (i.e. France)

Expected results:
In the left of the region field is displayed the flag of the selected region. The specific flag is displayed for every region.

Actual results:
Some regions don't have the specific flag. (i.e France, Bangladesh, Costa Rica)

Notes/Issues:
Verified on FF36 (Win 7). Issue is reproducing in MP-dev, MP-stage and MP-prod.

We should add in every country as per bug 1058257.
