Description:
If the user has the Lockscreen disabled and selects the Rocketbar from the homescreen, switching from Alphabet to Numeric will revert the keyboard from Numeric to Alphabet.
   
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20141112040208
2) From Settings, disable Lockscreen.
3) From the Homescreen, Select Rocketbar to display keyboard.
4) Change from Alphabet keyboard set to Numeric.
5) Lock screen.
6) Unlock screen.
7) Observe that keyboard changes from Numeric to Alphabet.
  
Actual:
Keyboard changes from alphabet to numeric after locking and unlocking screen. The opposite does not happen when switching from numeric to alphabet. Keyboard will always remain on alphabet.
  
Expected: 
It is expected that the keyboard will remain on the numeric set even after locking and unlocking the screen.

This issue DOES occur on Flame 2.2 KK (319mb)
Result: Keyboard changes from alphabet to numeric after locking and unlocking screen. The opposite does not happen when switching from numeric to alphabet. Keyboard will always remain on alphabet.

Not nominating this bug to block. The keyboard is still active like it should be, and the numeric keyboard can be easily accessed again.
