Details

Nothing is broken, because v3 and v4 are the same as far as the data that release l10n builds submit goes, but we should fix this at some point. Probably just a simple s/ReleaseSubmitterV3/ReleaseSubmitterV4/, but it'll need testing.
Funsize uses v4!
