In some cases are in image context menu two separators. It doesn't appears in
menu for image with anchor or clickable map.

Best way to reproduce is opening new page and right-click on some image. If 2nd
separator doesn't appear, try another page.

Yep.  On non-link images we should kill one of those separators.  Bad Ben.

I'm seen dual seperators in mail/news message pane context menu as well.  Wanna
another bug opened?  And its from clicking on whitespace & image context menus.

you can see this if you are using the 'Mozilla' displayed page before opening
any accounts.  And if you are in the newsgroups and you right-click on a link
this shows up.

vrfy'd fixed using 2002.01.07.0x comm bits on linux rh7.2, winnt and mac 10.1.2.
no longer see the extra separator.

bug 114623 has fixed the mail/news message pane window for 2 seperators.
