Description: If the user has the Lockscreen disabled and locks/unlocks device the header string will flash. Examples include the headerstring for Contacts, Messages and Calendar. Settings will also be delayed when showing options at times.
   
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20141112040208
2) From Settings, disable Lockscreen.
3) Open Messages or Contacts App.
4) Lock and then unlock device.
5) Observe the Header strings for these Apps flashing.
  
Actual:
The header string will often flash white and then load in the Header string text. If locking and unlocking the device while editing a contact, the flickering will appear black. Additionally, Settings will sometimes take a moment to load in the various Settings Options after locking and unlocking device. This behaviour is not always consistent.
  
Expected: 
It is expected that no graphical flash will occur when pressing the power button and that all content (Such as on the Settings page) will be loaded once the device has been unlocked.

This issue DOES occur on Flame 2.2 KK (319mb) and on the Flame 2.0 KK (319mb).
Result: 

Settings will sometimes take a moment to load in when locking and unlocking device. However, the Header string appears to be loading correctly across apps between these two additional branches.

Is this a general problem with apps or does this only show up with Messages, Contacts or Settings?

This issues appears to be happening across multiple areas additionally besides Messages, Contacts and Settings. I also seeing this in Gallery, Music, Usage and Phone as well.
