This is created as a tracker for the P1 bugs for the FTU Hello Onboarding tour.

Target launch date for the tour is 35 GA (January 13th).

If the P1 bugs are not landed by November 25th, the 35 GA date may have to be reconsidered.
There's already a metabug for the UITour changes, so swapping that in instead of tracking individual bugs.

As noted in this morning's meeting, neither bug 1091785 nor bug 988151 seem like blockers to me based on what the FTU tour needs and that we've shipped tours with these bugs already. I'm going to go ahead an remove them, but if there's an actual need to them we can always add 'em back.
