There is an empty gap between viewport's top and contents' top.

Mails to webmaster@edf.fr directly go to the Direction de la Communication, that
should be your entry point.
It seems to be this way for all sub-pages on the site.

I see a whole bunch of z-indexed, hidden <layer> tags toward the beginning of
each page's source code which causes this most likely.
