[2.Testing Steps]: 
1. Open Contacts.
2. Tap Settings icon.
3. Select Import Contacts from Gmail.
4. Select all contacts and import.
5. Tap Cancel button while imporing.
6. Comeback to Settings page. 
7. Delete all contacts.
8. Tap Cancel button while deleting
9. Tap X button and comeback to Settings page.
10. Select Import Contacts from Gmail/Outlook again.

[3.Expected Result]: 
The selecting Gmail/outlook contacts view will always exist.

[4.Actual Result]: 
10. The selecting Gmail/outlook contacts view will show for one second and then disappear.

The Gmail contacts list will reload while we tap the Gmail button again.

Agreed. This is a corner case which can be bypassed by tapping the import button again. Not a blocker to me.
