I was quickly able to get this test to work in an infinite loop on OSX. I've had my suspicions about the coding of this test for a while and the latest version in 1.0.4 beta at Khronos website has been complete rewritten. There is a comment about onload()/video elements in Webkit. I cribbed from the new test and incorporated a helper function for running the test callback. I'm suspicious of setting the loop flag on the video, so I removed it. I'm not certain what the mochitest frame work uses to catch the end of the test.
