User Story

As a user, I want data used by a tethered device separated from data associated with the System app so that it is easier to make choices about connectivity settings and my device usage.

Acceptance Criteria:
1. All data used through a tethered connection (USB or WiFi) is accumulated under a tethered connection item in the Usage app.
2. The "System" app's data usage is not increased during tethered data activity (from AC#1 above).
3. The tethered connection item in the Usage app does not allow the user to restrict data, background data or image loading.
4. UX Visual Design for the tethered connection item matches the UX spec.
Using my device (Xperia ZR/master) for dogfooding, with a lot of WiFi/USB Tethering.

When looking at the usage statistics in the Usage app, System has a lot of network activity (hundreds MBs in my case). That's probably because of tethering. On Android, this is accounted separately.

I was thinking the same thing on the weekend.  I do think it's somewhat lower priority because multiple devices are more rare for our target users.  I'll change this bug into a user story and put it in the backlog, though.
