Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.8; rv:33.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/33.0
Build ID: 20141030112145
Steps to reproduce:
Within Firefox 33.1, I "zoomed in" on the page at http://barnesconti.com/barnescontiNew/index.html
I have been able to replicate this bug on other websites with complex css.
Actual results:
The font size for the navigation bars increase, but the size of the enclosing parts did not. I had to readjust my CSS for min-width, max-width, and hide the overflow.
Expected results:
The enclosing part should have been "zoomed" and increased along with the font size. Safari and Google both do this.

Thanks for reporting the issue. Unfortunately, I can't seem to reproduce the problem in Firefox 33 on Mac.
Just to check, what is the value of the "browser.zoom.full" preference for you in about:config?
