Details

One potential strategy for improving the load time of the call log is to:
1) Reduce the count of initially loaded call log items to some arbitrarily small number, say 10.
2) Add a button to the end of the currently loaded list to load more items.

This should be considered a last resort if we can't otherwise get the call log to load quickly enough to be acceptable.
