When the user opens the legal information page, they will notice two options select.  When selecting the open source notices page, the user will be able to tap on multiple links within the page.  When tapping on the "download the source code" link, the user will be taken to a blank page.
   
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20141114001204
2) Open the settings app, and then select the device information option.
3) Scroll down to legal information and tap on it.
4) Then tap on the open source notices option.
5) Click on the "download the source code" link.
6) Notice the user is taken to a blank page.
  
Actual:
There is a link that will take the user to a blank page in the open source notices page 
  
Expected: 
The user will not be taken to a blank page.

This issue does occur on Flame 2.2 Master (319mb)(Kitkat Base)(Shallow Flash), and Flame 2.0 (319mb)(Kitkat Base)(Shallow Flash).

This brings the user to a blank page. The user cannot view the previous page until settings is force closed and then reopened. Nominating to block 2.0 for this reason.

This issue occurs on the Flame 1.4 KK v165 base or the Flame 1.3 JB v123 base and thus is not a regression.

Thanks for looking through the logcat output.  I can reproduce this on my Flame on a master build from today.

I'm going to mark this as a blocker because the text of the various licenses isn't shown after you hit the link. Feel free to disagree and bump back to a nom, preferably with some explanatory text.

Gregor, Ted suggested I ask you about finding a Settings committer to investigate.  He suspected it'll end up being him :)
