When the user selects a link within the open source notices page, the back arrow will fail to bring the user back to the open source notices page. Instead, it will take the user back to the legal information page. Note everytime the user selects the open source notices option after this issue occurs, the user will load into the link they previously selected. This breaks the smooth flow of the menus.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20141114001204
2) Open the settings app, and then select the device information option.
3) Select legal information, and then choose open source notices.
4) Select any of the links besides the download the source code link.
5) Then press the back arrow at the top left of the screen.
6) Notice the back arrow will fail to take the user back to the previous page.

Actual:
The back arrow will fail to bring the user back to the previous menu after selecting a link within the open source notices page

Expected:
The back arrow should bring the user back to the open source notices page.

QA Whiteboard: [QAnalyst-Triage?]
This seems bad because it is a legal page that cannot be viewed again until the user force closes the app and reopens it. NI settings owner to see if this should be nominated to block
