Filing this bug on preffing on "object-fit" & "object-position" (toggling layout.css.object-fit-and-position.enabled to "true").

I don't think we need to bother with the "enabled only on Nightly/Aurora" phase for these features, since they're pretty straightforward & unlikely to cause regressions. (And in the unlikely event that they do cause a regression, we can always pref them off during the Beta cycle.)
Summary: Turn on layout.css.object-fit-and-position.enabled → Turn on layout.css.object-fit-and-position.enabled (to enable "object-fit" & "object-position" properties)

Attachment #8523300 - Flags: review?(dbaron)
(Also, FWIW: I intend to wait a day or two between landing bug 624647 & landing this bug's patch, to make it easier to bisect between "implement the feature" & "enable the feature" when regression-hunting.)

Release Note Request (optional, but appreciated)
[Why is this notable]: Affects web designers dealing with image dimensions
[Suggested wording]: object-fit and object-position enabled by default
[Links (documentation, blog post, etc)]: doc needed (see bug 624647)
