Steps to reproduce:

1 - Open a new window
2 - Open 2 different tabs in this window (The actual website doesn't matter from the moment there is a title to the page)
3 - The current tab out of the window to move it in a new window


Actual results:

A new window opens with the tab in it, but the tab's name is "new tab" instead of the page title.


Expected results:

The tab's name should have stayed the page title.
