1100171 - Switching storage doesn't switch music

take a device WITHOUT a sdcard. Flame in my case. With 2.2.
copy music on it.
start the music player, let it scan the music, make sure music is here.

so far so good.

get a sdcard. Load music on it. something different so that you really see the difference.
switch off the device.
put the sdcard in it.
reboot the device.
go to settings, switch the default storage to be the sdcard.
start the music app.

Expected:
The music app start scanning and I see that other music from the sdcard. Only these or both.

Observed:
The music doesn't scan and show the music collection from the internal storage.

Diagnostic:
I tried rebooting again.
With adb shell I have:

/storage/sdcard1        29.5G    17.3G    12.2G   32768
/storage/sdcard          3.8G     2.2G     1.6G   4096
/mnt/media_rw/sdcard     3.8G     2.2G     1.6G   4096
/mnt/media_rw/sdcard1    29.5G    17.3G    12.2G   32768

/storage/sdcard1 effectively contains the right files.

I deleted the database and it didn't change anything.
