Details

If you select a account name in the folder pane you're presented with the
summary page. On this page the icon for "Offline Settings" and "View settings
for this account" is with grey background and look very odd.

Jen, is there a spec which displays how these icons should appear?
I believe this is per design. CC'ing Marlon.
the gray area in the icon is as designed.  it is to clue in the gray, "dialog
context" of the feature.  widgets usually sit on gray backgrounds, not by
themselves. having a grey background serves to tie it back to the environment of
a pref control sitting in a panel.  i agree it may not be ideal, however i don't
see any evidence for redesigning it right away.

Updating multiple bugs. This is a valid UI issue. Would be nice to have it fixed
if time allows.
