[2.Testing Steps]: 
Precondition:Update notification exist.
1.Open notification ->Tap the update item ->Download.
2.Tap the shortcut of marketplace in home.
3.Download again.

[3.Expected Result]: 
1.Should download new app successfully.
3.Should download new app successfully.

[4.Actual Result]: 
1.Download stopped and two shortcuts appear.
3.An error notification pop up in bottom.

HI Alissa,
Can you launch marketplace successfully today? As I know, the CDN in China mainland is messed up starting from yesterday. And I cannot access Marketplace via China network. So I think this update error should be related to this. Could you please help confirm?
1. Directly launch markeplace to see if you can access.
2. Using a network which have proxy to access US websites, and try 1 again.

Hello peipei,
I test this function via network which have proxy to access US websites,marketplace can be launched directly.this issue still exist in new build of today.
