Details

From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:0.9.4) Gecko/20011019
Netscape6/6.2
BuildID: 20011019

When the page getting refresh by the meta "REFRESH" command, Mozilla logs the
page in Back button. When I open MRTG page for few hours, all pages in back
button's list is the same page. It shouldn't log same page loaded cause by
"REFRESH" meta.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open any page that refresh itself using meta "REFRESH" command.
2. Wait for the page to refresh for several times.
3. Look at page listed in Back button's drop down list.

Actual Results: Lots of the same page in the list.

Expected Results: There should be only one in the list, even the page get
refreshed several times.

Netscape 4.xx does log only one item in the list. It's the correct way. I think
other browsers do correctly, too.
