Steps to reproduce:
1. Load https://marketplace.allizom.org/operators/shelves/create
2. Enter a valid name and for images, enter a URL (I used http://cl.ly/3X0E0d1Q2B1h)
3. Save changes

expected behavior:
a) Upon entering a valid image URL, the preview shows that image
b) After saving, the changes take and the shelf is created.

actual behavior:
a) No preview
b) Shelf creation fails with "Valid landing background image is required."
