11006 - Menu windows ahead of other programs

Activating a menu so that it drops down and then changing to another program
still leaves the dropped down menu on top of all other windows, hiding their
contents. I think the menu should close when switching to another window.

System: Windows NT SP5, built with Visual C++ 6 SP3, Code from CVS 07/31/99

I see this on Linux, too -- when I switch desktops in kde away from the one
where apprunner is running, the last menu I pulled down appears on the new
desktop (without the rest of apprunner) and traps mouseovers and so forth.
