Details

After bootup, any USSD/MMI requests issued will always result in a cancelMMI request being sent. It looks like this is due to [1].

This can potentially break GCF tests in which a CANCEL_MMI request is not expected but received on initiating the first USSD/MMI test after boot up.

This is definitely going to be fixed by bug 1031175. I'm currently working on that bug and it's expected to land within the next two weeks so feel free to duplicate against that one.
